Hi, I’m Shana.

After more than a decade of designing and researching work environments in both offices and homes, a clear pattern kept emerging: when work has no structure, people carry it everywhere.

 

That observation shaped the body of work I use today to help capable yet overwhelmed professionals put work back in its place. I combine psychology-backed strategies with design thinking to create practical systems that reduce overwhelm, give work a clear place, and make room for the rest of life again.

I offer this support through lectures, workshops, and one-on-one consultations, helping individuals and organizations create workdays with clearer boundaries, steadier focus, and energy left for life beyond work.
